However, under the conditions listed in the licensing document packaged with the software, AITIA International Inc, grants you a non-exclusive, unlimited user license to the professional edition of MASS free of charge.

The source of MASS is proprietary and belongs to AITIA International Inc. However, it is possible to purchase it for an appropriate fee, or access to it can be obtained via an exclusive collaboration agreement between your organization and AITIA International Inc.
