* New features / improvements:
   - A new Settings menu item is added for global configurations
   - Network traffic generated by Repast based visualization applets is optimized
   - A stress test documentation is created
   - The number of running simulations / applets can be limited globally or per model / simulation bases.
   - Database initialization scheme has changed. In earlier versions it based on a file existance. Now it checks the state of database in terms of existence and emptiness.
   - Grouped visualization is added. Now in one applet it is possible to view one or more visualizations in tabular tabbed or mixed layout.
   - Possibility to slow down Repast based simulations. This can be done by setting the "Sleep between steps" model property.
   - A little performance improvement by optimizing the uses of indexes on data schema.
   - The state of visualization charts based on Repast or MEME/Fables can be exported to file.
   - Existing Repast based simulations are deleted at Tomcat start only if their tick count is greater then certain value set up on the Settings page.
   - New versioning policy is introduced. 
   	  - The first number indicates mayor releases with mayor changes. 
   	  - The second indicates that a bunch of new feature has been added. 
	  - The third value means a maintenance or bugfix release.

* Fixed bugs:
   - Connection to a simulation was slow if about 10+ user had already been connected
   - Existing MAC based simulations are unusable after Tomcat restart.
   - Database initialization script is not MySQL compatible.



Changes in version 1.2 (2008.09.10)

* New features / improvements:
	- Repast based models can be uploaded through the web interface.
	- To install a Repast based model family, instrumentation of model and agent classes is not required. This is done at upload time seamlessly.
	- Added support for new chart types used by Fables.
